SHIPPING
Custom orders may take up to 3 weeks to make and ship. Shipping will be standard post. Registered post is available to the US and Canada and some other countries. Please contact me for a quote.

International shipping
All parcels are sent by regular post and tracking is not available for regular mail. If you wish to track your parcel, I am happy to get a postal quote for you to register the item. I have sent over 1000 parcels with no tracking and I rarely have parcels go missing (please see my refund policy for lost items)

On average, shipping takes between 14 to 21 days. Quickest to Western Australia and East Coast USA has been 10 days but this is NOT guaranteed. Once I place the package with the postal service, I have no control over it.

I am not responsible for any delays caused by customs officials or any acts beyond my control (e.g. strike action by airlines or postal workers)

Please be patient and do allow for longer shipping times, especially during special holiday/vacations such as Christmas. Many photographers purchase my items for use in photoshoots and are disappointed when they do not arrive in time. Do allow plenty of time before your sessions. I think it would be wise to order at least 6 weeks ahead to ensure you get the item in time.

I kindly ask customers to only contact me AFTER 21 days if it still has not arrived. I have had instances where parcels have taken longer than 21 days, but this has happened only a few times and I have shipped over 1000 parcels!

Having said all this, I believe my props are worth waiting for and my repeat customers would testify to that!

Customs or duty fees/taxes
The buyer will be liable for any taxes or duty charged by your country

REFUNDS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES
I would like to keep my customers happy and will gladly give refunds or exchanges but you must do the following:

1. Contact me as soon as you receive the item and explain why you are not happy with it
2. Send the item back to me in it's original form within 7 days of receiving it
3. I will give a refund or exchange once I have received the item back
4. I am sorry but I cannot refund any postage and packaging fees,

I now only make newborn hats and headbands to fit the average headsize of newborns.  You will see from my photos that the hats fit well. Some baby's have smaller heads and some have larger, but I have found that my sizing has worked well with the majority of babies that photographers work with. I therefore do not give refunds for sizing issues that you have with my newborn hats.

Items lost in the post
Please note that delivery to certain countries may take up to 4 weeks. Please do not contact me unless is has been 21 days since I shipped the item. If an item is deemed lost, then I will be happy to refund the full cost of the item, but unfortunately I cannot refund the postage charged. If you would prefer to have a replacement, I will make and send you a new one free of charge.
